How do you delete previously viewed history on the DVRs?

    Hello Dee757,

    On your DVR, do you have Contour or Rovi for the Interactive Program Guide? Also, are you referring to hiding titles in the 'Recently Viewed' folder with On Demand, or deleting previously viewed recordings?

    When is Cox going to fix this? I have Contour.  I should have kept our Rovi boxes.  Contour is clunky.

    Which Contour are you referring to? What model Contour receiver are you now using? Can you provide a few examples of things that are "clunky"? Perhaps I can help you adjust to the new features and menu options!
