POP3 and SMTP

How do I find the ACTUAL POP3 and SMTP words? I need this to activate a laptop. My email address is HAAXYZ123@COX.NET ANY help will be appreciated! Wilmer Haas

    I have no idea what you mean by "ACTUAL POP3 and SMTP words". Please explain what you need to activate your laptop.

    Also, for privacy, you may want to edit out your email address, this is a public forum.
