Pop or Imap stopped working on phone and laptop (outlook)
Webmail works fine... both devices stopped working at the same time. I have reset all pw's - tried different settings (back to what Cox support told me to do which is what is was set up for). I normally use pop but I tried imap. Back to Pop, Cannot send or receive. Webmail works like a champ. I ran Malware bytes on the laptop...no issues found. I am fairly certain that it is something with my wife's email account on the Cox side, but support simply says that if webmail works there is nothing that they can do. Can someone help?
