Poor service

This weekend ( Labor day) we had very poor service. Phone calls were dropped while talking and internet speeds measured by OOkla ranged from 1.78 to >150. most were in the 1.5 to 4.54 range. Does the internet speed affect phone service or are there two different problems. Today the internet speed is back in the 150 range but still get dropped calls.

    These are separate services however they do have some common infrastructure components. The modem itself for example is reporting symptoms of what could be a power related problem. Can you try connecting it to a difference power source and see if that helps?
