Please Train the Sales Team

At this point I have no clue if I'm getting fiber or cable.

Original sales call told me I had to buy a DOCSIS 3.1 modem, but after checking the order I notice I'm getting fiber.

So I call back, asking if I'm getting a fiber or cable so I know if I actually need to buy a modem. So I'm transferred to tech support with no explanation, who I explain my request to, who just say "hold on" and then I'm back in sales, with no explanation again.

Sales #3 then tries to tell me that because I'm getting fiber I only need a DOCSIS 3.0 modem for the coax. So I ask again, am I getting coax (cable) or fiber, and I'm then told they're the same thing.

Can some mod, somewhere, with technical knowledge you'd expect from a company that sells internet to make money please look into my order and clear up if I'm getting fiber (and a optical terminal) or cable (and I need a modem).
