PLEASE HELP! Remote not Working, yet Again (09012).

The remote is not working again. Specifically, the Voice commands. We are stuck watching like 1 Channel, unless you already know the channel number memorized. Tried fresh, new batteries and tried resetting the Box and powering it on/off, nothing works.

The last times this happened I think 1 of the fixes was to Re-pair the device. Not sure if this is the current problem, but, how do you do that?
