Caller ID on tv shows calls but no phone service. Help

    Blourst,

    We would like to help you with your issue. Do you not have a dial tone & the TV is still getting the caller ID message as if someone is calling you? Would you plug a phone into the modem to see if you have a dial tone at that equipment? We would like to see where the issue may lie.
