Phone tools

Receive the following error code/ message every time I try to bring up my phone tools.

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /.

Reason: Error reading from remote server

    What browser are you using? Have you tried using a different browser? You can also access phone tools with cox connect app.
