Why can I not add or delete a contact? (Yes I am logged on with my primary account)

Can you provide us with more details to the problem you're experiencing? What happens when you attempt to add/remove a contact? Are you getting any error messages?
No error message. Nothing seems to happen at all.

Is this occurring when you try to add a contact through the Call History or Address Book? Are you able to add it one way and not the other?
I hadn't tried from the call history, because I didn't want to add any of them. To test I tried, and was successful (after a fashion) because I now have another contact that I can't delete.
Now I have no call history.
Now my call history has returned.
A different browser worked.
