ALL my incoming calls are logged as 'Missed' on the Cox website phone log. This includes calls that I answer, calls blocked by the phone, and calls picked up by the phone's answering feature. I do not have voice mail service with Cox.
As far as I can tell, all calls - incoming and outgoing - are logged correctly and posted in less than 15 minutes. Everything seems to be working as it should except for the 'Missed' calls. Why is the Cox computer not recognizing a valid connection to my phone - a Panasonic KX-TGD220?
Any help would be appreciated.
