It would be wonderful to have the problems posted online at the Cox website. Or they send out a mass email warning us about problems..... even if the emails did not arrive in our inboxes during the problem; we'd know that they were trying. Otherwise, each of us wonders if we are the only ones having a problem.
I would estimate that all but one of my Tier 2 (or Tier 2.5) experiences were positive. many of them are really smart and helpful.
One side note: I was told that a ticket number is only good for that day. If you call again in the future, it is gone from the system. Altho, if you press the phone button when asked if you are calling back a 2nd time about the same problem..... you do seem to get connected faster.
