Phoenix - Chandler, AZ area
All the Switched Digital Video channels are out. This includes the Variety Pak, Sports Pak, Movie Pak and many Premium channels. Outage started sometime before 12am 8/21 Arizona Time.
I checked my Cox STB to be sure it was not just a Tuning Adapter issue, and the Cox STB 4240HDC is also missing all the SDV channels.
Cox has some issue at the cable plant regarding the delivery of Switched Digital Video channels

This must be just a localized issue to the Chandler headend.
I just checked my mother's DVR in Glendale and it recorded several programs over night on channels that are out for me.
The channels are now working
