Paying for 50 and getting 25

I recently upgraded my very old Mototola cable modem with a Surfboard SB6141. The Motorola was maxing out at 32 or so so it was time to change. However, now I'm being capped at 25 and I feel it's got to be a configuration issue.

    Hi Conine,

    I would like to take a closer look to ensure we are sending the correct speeds to the device.  Please send us an email to cox.help@cox.com so that we can verify the modem information.  Please include the link to this thread.
