Paying Bill

Hi,

I live in Tucson and using Cox Internet. However, I am in Turkey right now. I wanna log into my account, but I cannot. It asks me to type the last 4 digits of my social security number. I typed, but it did not take me to my page through which I can pay my bill. 

I cannot have an access to live chat nor do not know any e-mail address to send an e-mail telling about the problem. I cannot call the support center because my phone is not open for external call. 

Could you please help me and tell me how I can get into my account?
