Passwords
Out of curiosity rather than need, I wonder if it is possible to use the same password for each of my 5 email accounts including the primary one?

I believe so, though I wouldn't suggest it. At the least, the primary username should be different to protect any billing info or phone records. See here for Cox's official word on passwords.
- Jsquareg, while it is possible to use the same password on each account it would not be advisable for security reasons. The primary address being it manages the rest would be the one needing the most security in that case.

Are you getting any errors while attempting to reset the password? Are you logged into the primary account?
