Paid channels are not available

-Lost a few channels CMT, Velocity, PBS, and a few others.

-Eventually lost well over a dozen (over about a year).

-Customer support suggests replacing the box.

-Replaced box recently and recovered most recently lost channels but the few initially lost are still gone.

-Some of those initially and still not available are channels we are paying for and really want.

-Tired of paying for something we're not getting.

    That doesn't sound good, we can schedule a technician to come out and try to resolve the issue. Send us an email with your full address and name.
