Packet loss spikes in Mesa, AZ (again)

Hi, I made a post a couple months ago when I was having problems

http://forums.cox.com/forum_home/internet_forum/f/5/t/16610.aspx

After they did work on the main line in the area I had months of a smooth connection.  Now the same issue is back.  This problem surfacing for weeks at a time then going away for months has been going on for years now.  I was hoping that it was resolved after they told me there was a problem with the main line and they were repairing it.  Extremely dissapointed.

Have already called on the phone.  We've done a normal modem reset.  They've refreshed the modem on their end.  Done a factory modem reset.  They even took the modem off the account and re-added it.  A tech has come by, fixed some connector outside that he said was giving error codes to the modem, then reported there were no error codes to the modem.

Since last time it was not on my end and a problem with Cox's lines, I was hoping they can look at the main lines in the area again.  Last time it got progressively worse until internet was pretty much unusable before it was fixed.  Hoping we can avoid that.
