Packet Loss Issues

I play online games - Overwatch, TItanfall 2 etc. My ping is great but I am dropping a massive amount of packets. This makes gameplay very difficult. I am dropping ~70 packets for every ~100 sent. This is a wired connection. However, my wireless connection isnt any better. See below. These numbers are consistent day to day. Is there a resolution to this issue?
