Packet loss 45-80%

Am unable to maintain a connection to most on-line games, lag, disconnects. After the normal cussing and throwing things i began to work on the issue.

am experiencing a erratic amount of packet loss 45 -80% at the 6th and beyond hop from me.

I have done the chat refresh/reset modem, and had a tech out to the house today, but with no positive results.

anyone have advice or pointers?

    I attached a WinMtr IP trace to Server on my original post(above), will attempt a traceroute this evening.

    issues are with hop 6 and 7, horrible packet loss
