Over Charging Long Time Customers

Why do you punish customers who have been with you for over 20 years by charging us more? I am now on a fixed SS income and I can no longer afford to pay $250 each and every month. You give your service away basically to new customers and kill us WHY? As I said I can no longer afford $250 a month!!!

    I have responded to your other forum post and here is my reply: We definitely don't want you to feel like we are punishing you. Have you already spoken with us to see what other promotions are available outside of your store visit last month?
