Over Charge of Long Time Customers

Why do you punish customers who have been with you for over 20 years by charging us more? I am now on a fixed SS income and I can no longer afford to pay $250 each and every month. You give your service away basically to new customers and kill us WHY? As I said I can no longer afford $250 a month!!!!!

    We definitely don't want you to feel like we are punishing you. Have you already spoken with us to see what other promotions are available outside of your store visit last month?

    after the promos are over everyone with the same services pay the same

    Once the promotion expires the rates revert to the normal monthly rates for new and established customers.
