Outlook settings to receive my email from Cox

What are the exact Outlook, 2003 or 2007,settings to enable me to receive my email from the "New email" or whatever, it's called on my home computers ?

I have used three different computers with two different operating systems and at least three different email programs and still get the same "Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC92) : 'Your e-mail server rejected your login" after Cox changed their system.

    To begin, go to www.cox.com/residential/support/cox-email-server-settings.html and choose the server settings for IMAP or POP (your choice).

    IMAP settings provide some features that POP does not. Learn more at www.cox.com/residential/support/imap-server-settings.html.
