Outlook is a Microsoft product. If you're having trouble with sending and receiving mail from Cox, you may want to delete and then re-add your email address in Outlook, make sure to let Outlook automatically select the settings. Are you getting any error messages? Have you tried logging into the Cox website with your Cox username and password to see if your emails are going there? If not, please give that a try and let me know what sort of results you get.
