Perhaps getting the above message when attempting to log in to email is a hint... Connecticut here.

If the aim is to dispatch paying customers on wild goose chases you all should get your stories straight. If the advice in response to my issue is because the server was changed how is it good customer service to wait until paying customers cannot access their accounts before giving them the critical information?
The error I experience has happened a couple times... the old URL was running okay a few minutes ago. The problems come and go and they are on your end. "Busying" paying customers with fruitless remedies does not address what's happening with Cox's servers.
