Outage
A couple of days ago in Northern Va I experienced a total disconnect from Cox telephone and internet for several hours.
Obviously I could not check the website or call customer service. I had to use minutes on my cell phone and go through the usual hoops to verify the problem.
There was no menu option at Cox to quickly check for outages. Why is that? And why isn't there a dedicated landline number just for that service??
