Outage on Saturday 22 Oct 2016

I understand there was a denial on service attack on Dynasty on Friday 21 Oct 2016 .  Why we're we having problems with Internet service on 22 Oct 2016 .  We were having problems with Internet freezing up ,to having our system  telling us we were off-line .

Any comments ???

    It was Dyn DNS services - secondly it most likely has nothing to do with what your modem is doing.  Can we get more information concerning your problem?

    What modem?

    What tier of service?

    What router?

    When you lose the internet is the wifi symbol still present?

    What is the error message you get when going to a website?

    ETC?
