Outage in Warner Robins, GA? 7/4/16

Hi, around 7pm last night, I noticed that my connection went down abruptly, and I'm not seeing any anomalies on the main status pages of my cable modem or router after resetting (though the logs on my cable modem are suspect). I was wondering if an outage occurred recently. Last I checked, this has lasted as of 9 am the following day. I can provide further information if needed later from now when I have access to my modem again as I cannot check at the moment.
  • It's working now -- it had to be reset on Cox's end after I gave them a call.  Thanks.

    What browser(s) have you tried? What's happening when you try to access the internet? Are there any error messages?

    It's working now -- it had to be reset on Cox's end after I gave them a call.  Thanks.
