Outage Friday night thru Saturday morning in 67502 area code.

Our modem was constantly rebooting during this time period.  Tried several times to power cycle and disconnect coax but did not remedy the problem.  Service popped back on about 12:30pm Saturday.  

Was Cox experiencing a problem with the feed or do I need a replacement modem?  This is about the 3rd or 4th time this has happened in the last year.

    I was able to locate the account. I'm not seeing any recent outages, but the modem is reporting a high amount of power fluctuations. Is there a splitter connected to the coax line going to the modem? Is the modem plugged into a powerstrip, or straight into a wall outlet?
