I keep on trying to log into my account in order to watch shows online that are a part of my subscription, but it keeps bringing me back to the log in page and won't let me sign in to watch the shows. Is there a way to fix this?

I just got in make sure your using the primary user name and password if that still does not work you will have to call cox/
