Online Phone Tools not working?

My online phone tools feature has failed to log a single call since Thursday November 10.  This issue seems repeat occasionally where I need to bring someone's attention to the issue for it to be fixed.  Otherwise I lose a feature that I'm paying for.

  • More calls received today... none logged in the online phone tools feature which has not logged a single call after November 10.  Anyone?  Beuller?  Beuller? ...

    I was able to make a test call at 2:14pm today. Please let me know if the call shows in your history. Does your call history display on your phone Caller ID?

  • Your call did not log on the Phone Tools, neither did a second one placed shortly after- my phone has a feature that alerts me when  a call is placed.  A third call later on in the day did log.  Was there a fix or is this feature not all that reliable?

    I've submitted a ticket to get this resolved. Please note the ticket number is HLP000006082623. I will be monitoring the ticket and will let you know once I get an update.

    I wanted to touch base with you and see if you were still noticing calling activity not being logged in phone tools. Please keep in mind that you'll need to wait 15 minutes for the log to update and need to sign in to Phone Tools once every 90 days for Phone Tools to continue to log activity.

  • Thank you for following up.. the calls (overwhelmingly scammers) are once again being logged and a pattern of harassment being established with blocked anonymous calls attempted several time before CID info changed to get around the anonymous blocking.

    These are criminals whose harassment will go unpunished and I will have to spend more of MY money to attempt protecting myself from their illegal and harassing calls.  30 numbers is woefully inadequate to deal with them and I've already established that the FCC/federal enforcement will do nothing.

  • Anonymous call rejection is active.  Clearly whoever is calling knows their call is being blocked so they change their CID info to get past that.  That is the definition of harassment because if they know there is a block they need to get around then they know their call is not wanted..
