OnDemand Not Updated

Several channels on OnDemand have not been updated in some time. For example, "The Night Of" on HBO from last Sunday doesn't appear and the two most recent episodes of Mr. Robot on USA don't appear.  (I've rebooted my box and that doesn't change anything.)  Thanks.

    No reply here and still no updates (Ripper Street has aired two episodes on BBCA and the title doesn't even appear) to regular or premium channels.

    I apologize for the delay in reply to your concern about missing titles you've provided here. I wasn't able to duplicate this on either HBO or USA.

    The Night Of Part S:01 E:04: The Art of War from Jul 31, 2016 shows available for HD and SD. USA HD and SD Mr Robot S:02 E:04 and 05 are appearing available to view on HD and SD as well. with the Rovi VOD. I see you mentioned there hasn't been any resolution to a hard reset. If these titles are still missing, perhaps a soft reset will help.

    Customers may remotely reset without having to call in. You may sign in to our website and click the reset button. Let us know if this works out for you.

    Thanks for the reply, but no, the soft reset didn't change anything -- still no updates for OnDemand.

    We can send a signal to the box and reset it from here if you like; I see that we have done some troubleshooting with you in the past and we have the account information. With your permission, we can try that as well.
