Episode 7 of Big Little Lies aired for the first time last night, April 2, 2017. Just to clarify, are you referring to episode 6 or any previous episodes?

No Renee. That was episode 8. I realize what the Cox error is; it’s in the menu titles or episode numbers. There are 2 episode 4’s listed. The second episode 4 is actually episode 5, episode 5 is actually episode 6, episode 6 is actually 7, and finally episode 7 is actually episode 8. So when I was looking for episode 7, it was actually there, just listed as episode 6. There is another issue: a movie missing from Epix HD – Star Trek Beyond. I sent an email to Epix and this was their reply: ”Star Trek Beyond was made available to Cox Communication's On Demand service on 3/20. If you're having trouble with your television provider's VOD service, please contact your television provider's customer support.” Please make this movie available as soon as possible.

We can look further into this for you. Can you verify what model receiver you have? You can find and view all episodes of Big Little Lies at the following site: http://www.hbo.com/big-little-lies/episodes/index.html. I also was able to find Star Trek Beyond in the Epix folder. By confirming your receiver's model, will help us to narrow down this issue.

Thanks for your quick reply. I think I need to apologize. There are only 7 episodes of Big Little Lies and I was totally messed up with the errors in the menu episode numbering. But it's all good. And, I now see Star Trek Beyond on Epix HD. Still wonder why it took so long for it to be available when it was released on 3/20. It certainly wasn't there last weekend, or the weekend before, when I was looking for it. Better late than never, I guess. Thanks again.
