On Demand

I try to watch programs that I missed during the week, but a lot of the times, the program will tile, lose audio, freeze.  It is very annoying  & happens a lot.  Are  you  working on something to fix this problem???  I have rebooted TV & Box and it still does it.  Please advise.

    Is this happening with all tvs in the home or just one? do you get any error messages?

    This is happening to us as well. None of the current weeks shows are available. No error messages just literally not in the list. Example episode 1, episode 3, episode 4....just not there, did hard reset reflash and support chat. Offered to send some one to look at equipment. Obviously not an equipment issue....ugh!,,,,,

    This sounds like you could have a signal issue that is preventing the box from updating properly. Please send us an email with your full address and some examples of the missing content so we can help.

    Address is 1231 Evening Canyon Ave. Henderson NV 89014. As far as content everything from this week is not showing. Specifically I know that Arrow episode 1 isn’t showing. Designated Survivor from this week as well. Nothing from this week on all channels. We have reset boxes and sent boot signal etc. very frustrating.

    I received an email this morning letting us know that there is a known provider issue with On Demand not loading content. We're working with that provider to get everything back to normal ASAP. I apologize for the inconvenience.
