I really wish you would fix it. Have had problems since day 1. I cannot rewind for fear that it will not play again. I have to make sure that I go to the bathroom and get my snacks before I start a show because if I pause it, it may not start up again. In my opinion, I pay too much money for your services as it is, the least you could do is make the on demand work correctly

    What is the model of the receiver and do you know if you have Rovi, Contour , or the New Contour 2 interactive program guide? Once playback is resumed from pause, are you redirected to the menu, beginning, or an error? What On Demand content has been played where the pause feature has the trouble?
