On demand

How come Chicago Fire from last week May 2nd is not showing on Demand???  it's been a week

    Hello sheba,

    I've searched On Demand, and I can verify NBC's Chicago Fire, S: 5 E: 20 showing 05/02/17 'Carry Me' is not loaded onto NBC SD On Demand, but is view-able on HD On Demand. I'll report this to our video escalation team to refresh that Episode to become available for our Standard Definition viewers.
