On-Demand

Hi, Anyone else in the new Orleans-Metairie area having trouble with on-demand not  updating. Mine hasn't updated in about a week. this includes premium and TV network channels.

    I've been trying to access TV network on demand all day and it's not working. Getting an error code and tech support is trying to help now, but no luck.

    I'd recommend a reset to the receiver(s). A Cox agent can do this for you, or you may attempt to reset the receiver on our website.

    What error codes are you getting? What titles are you trying?
