On Demand Unwatchable

I'm in the Wichita area, Cox Central Kansas if that helps. Since this morning over half of everything I try to watch On Demand is pixelated so badly I can't even guess what's on the screen, plus there's no audio. It's like the signal interruption during an extremely bad thunderstorm, but there's no storm here. I have the Motorola DCX3200-M receiver and recycling it changes nothing.

    Hi AliceFaye,

    Is this happening on all the boxes, or just one? Please check that all connections are tight to the box. Is anything playing live affected?
