On demand stops working.

Watching a CBS show in on demand. 10 minutes before then end the show freezes and we get the technical difficulties message. So, now is there anyway to resume the show ?  Going back to the resume did nothing. No only am I frustrated but I do not think I should have to pay for the privileged to have on demand not work.

    Oh, my goodness! No wonder you're frustrated. I'm so sorry! What was the title of the show you were watching when this happened? Did the "technical difficulties" message include an error number? What is the brand/model of your cable box?
