My ON-DEMAND has been down for about 2 weeks. Every time I try to access a TV channel, I get a "check back later" message. I tried to live message customer support and was 1st in queue for a half hour! any ideas?
That's a long time to have an issue with On Demand not working, I'd like to help. Have you reset your cable box already (unplug from power for 30 seconds and plug back in)? Does this happen on more than one TV?
