On Demand files are empty
Over the last few days, when I try to watch anything On Demand (mainly tv shows from the Primetime tab), I receive this message instead of a list of shows : "check back periodically for exciting video on demand programming which may include sports, entertainment, local features...etc"
I have 3 boxes in my home and all 3 are showing this message. I have tried resetting my connection through the Cox website, I have unplugged my receivers, checked all my connections and even reset my internet. Nothing seems to help. Any idea what could be going on, or how I can fix it? Thanks!
