On Demand Content via Tivo

Hi,

I recently subscribed to the Flex Watch TV package and received a Cablecard  to use in my Tivo Premiere in lieu of the free receiver I was offered.  Can I access on demand content via the Tivo with this programming package?  Thanks.

    On Demand is not available for customers subscribed to Flex Watch.

    I took advantage of the Flex watch special. I get locals,Music Choice, HBO ,and STARZ for 58.99 a month .I get a free reciever and On Demand for the Channels I get.
