ON Demand charge
I watch 75% of my shows on demand. While scrolling though the TV show Zoo all the ones I watched were free and the next one I had to pay for, the next one was free When did Cox start charging for On Demand TV shows?

We upload content to our On Demand Library as we receive it from the provider. The pricing is decided by the content provider. Cable companies like Cox don’t produce their own content. Instead, we buy it from programmers like On Demand, and then provide it to you.
