Obsolete and incorrect outage notifications

I think it was very early on Monday 13 November, like 0030 MST, that my router went down. I checked the support page on my phone and saw that there was an area outage with an ETR of 0600. I entered my phone number to be texted when service was restored. I never did get the restore message, but every night at 2200 since then, Cox oh so thoughtfully sends me exactly the same text: "Cox: We are working to resolve your service interruption. We will send an update on your resolution at 7:30 am." My service is up (for now). You never sent the original notification, and you never send the 0730 update as indicated in these texts. I have replied STOP twice, but the notifications keep coming.

Is this the service that I keep getting jacked by another $60/yr for? No actual improvements to the service, but incompetent developers?
