Same thing has been happening here in Connecticut for approximately 1 week.

When I'm on "My Connection" page, Webmail count is always shown as "0".

However, once I look inside, I'll find my usual load of 50 to 100 emails.

Not a huge deal, but obviously broken.

    Hi Duster0077,

Are you showing new email for that day when you check your messages or are you seeing unread messages with an older date?

Both, Derrick, my wife didn't check her email over the weekend so she has 3 days worth in her inbox ... the email badge on the My Connection home page shows 0.  There are at least 50 new emails in her account.  Not a big deal for us ... neither of us use webmail.  She uses K9 Mail on her Android tablet & I use T-bird on my laptop.

Both of my email accounts show 0 emails for the past 2 days, but when I check I have several new emails to read.

I am having the same issue. This is not the first time it's happened either.

Any update on this? The problem still persists for myself and others I'm sure.

The issue was fixed for a while earlier today but now seems to be back to showing 0 new e-mails despite having new ones in the inbox.
