Not receiving the FX channel Cox 31 here

I haven't been able to receive the FX channel 31 for a couple of weeks now. Then couldn't receive the HBO channel 406 for a few days. I rebooted the Cox box and am now getting HBO 406 but still not FX 31.

Getting error 3.1.3.0

Hope Cox is monitoring this thread.....

    Is the cable straight from the wall to the receiver or is there a splitter? Are you having this problem on all TVs or just one?
