Not receiving paperless bill notificataions
I'm a new customer and haven't been receiving paperless bill notifications. I double-checked that I had selected this option for my account (yes), and searched my email history and junk mailbox (nothing since the first notification). I didn't realize I had overdue bills and had been charged a late fee until I received a text from Cox because my service was about to be cut off. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
