Not receiving emails from amazon.com

Lately I have noticed in my cox email that I am not getting any notifications from amazon.com and I have double checked my spam folder and have not blocked amazon.com/?

I have contacted amazon about the issues, but I'm wondering if there is anything that can be checked on Cox's end?

    Do you use Webmail only to check your email? Do you have the Spamblocker set to deliver the messages to your Inbox and mark them as spam or set to delete the messages? -Derrick
