Not honoring advertised promotional rate

Hi

I recently added tv to my internet service.. so they said your rate would be 89.99 + tax

but when first Bill came price was diffrent then what was agreed.

What a shame.. I Told them there is double play deal for 89.99

I Talked to cox rep name pederick

I Dont know why they would lie to me?

now they are saying sorry we may hvae given you wrong price or misquoted .

supervisor name is Lequsta
