Not Getting the Internet Speed Paid for

I have Cox High Speed Internet Premier (100Mbps download speed) but I am not getting even half the 100mbps. The Internet Speed Test used by Cox shows I am getting between 30-40Mbps. This has been an issue for some time. I don't want to pay for something I am unable to receive. Any suggestions?

    Thank you for contacting us. I would like to take a look at the signal going to the modem. Could you send us an email to cox.help@cox.com with your full address and the primary name on the account. Also are you using wireless or a wired connection?
