No volume
I do not have any volume on channel 47 (Fox News). All of the other channels work fine. I have this problem on all of my tvs. How do I get it to work?

I am sorry you are having an issue with the audio. Please access the receiver settings and turn SAP on then off again. If there is no change, send us an email to cox.help@cox.com and include your service address for further assistance.
